For example, within 5 years our new headquarters will generate 100% of its power from solar, wind, and hydro; every employee will drive a hybrid or plug-in electric car; every employee will receive incentives to minimize their dependency on carbon fuels; and every new product and service we develop will promote energy-efficiency and renewable-energy solutions.

In order to fulfill the above vision, we must build a strong and sustainable company. Therefore, our business plan mandates a 30% compounded annual growth rate. It also mandates various cost-control metrics to ensure we achieve this growth debt-free. Furthermore, our plan is to reinvest 5% of sales on continuous improvement, innovation, and new business development.
